Since the 3.1.5 beta, mihoyo has added key and cookie verification to the download link.

GenshinImpact_CBT and Yuanshen_CBT are pre-release tests, regardless of their version, they came out before 0.7.0

BiliBili links in Yuanshen is removed since 4.8.0 because the officially distributed package (link) has no difference with the official.
